Terms & Conditions:

• Payment in full is due at the time of order.  WildMtn Innovations LLC utilizes PayPal exclusively for processing payments to provide an additional level of security and privacy to both WildMtn and to the client.
• Upon WildMtn receipt of the order, the Client can expect a confirmation email the next normal business day.  Normal business days are Monday through Friday, except legal holidays.
• Orders placed with custom color choices or size specifications can take up to 2 weeks in production. Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. Any delay in processing the order will be notified by email within 1 business day of the delay being determined.
• Upon completion of the order, client will receive an email with shipper's tracking information.
• Unless client requests expedited shipping, the method of shipping is determined by weight and size of the order to provide the greatest cost and time efficiency available.
• If for any reason a client is not completely satisfied with their purchase, client agrees to provide WildMtn a sufficient opportunity to remedy the complaint to attain the client's satisfaction.  WildMtn is not liable for damages occurring in shipping, but will assist the client in seeking remedy from the shipper.  WildMtn is not responsible for errors made in the ordering process by the client, but will make efforts to assure questionable order instructions are clarified to proactively avoid mistakes.  To qualify for a refund, the client must return the item(s) at their expense to WildMtn and upon receipt, WildMtn will refund the purchase price (not including shipping).  Replacement requests will require return of the original item prior to processing of the replacement and client will need to provide return shipping.
• WildMtn owns all of the designs and trademarked product lines represented in the web store.  None of the designs may be copied or reproduced without express written consent of WildMtn.
